Data collected by AI tools is stored within ScaleLocal’s CRM platform and is accessible to the client whose business the AI represents.
No Third-Party AI Training: AI interaction data is not used to train third-party foundational AI models. Conversation data collected by ScaleLocal’s AI tools is used solely for service delivery and quality improvement within our specific platform.
