A “lead” is defined as a tracked inbound call, form submission, or booking request originating from ScaleLocal-managed channels. Excluded from the guarantee: spam, wrong-industry contacts, out-of-service-area requests, duplicate inquiries from the same contact within 30 days, abandoned calls under 15 seconds, and contacts flagged as solicitation or recruiting. You have 5 business days to flag any lead’s categorization for review. Guarantee ramp period begins on your official launch date. The performance guarantee applies on all commitment terms — month-to-month, 6-month, and 12-month. The guarantee activates after the ramp period for your tier (Foundation: day 60, Momentum/Authority: day 90). Momentum and Authority include a minimum managed ad budget through the guarantee period.
